Character, taste and flavor:
Honey evolving to very fruity (pears, bananas, raisins) with touches of fondant chocolate. Long-lasting aftertaste. The figure 10 is the value of the malt density before the fermentation process.
How to Serve:
Pour slowly into a slightly tilted glass at eye level. Move the bottle away from the glass to obtain a nice foam head. Pour the last part, which contains the yeast, separately.
