To guarantee our customers the best and most valuable shipping prices, we work with multiple couriers. Working with multiple couriers gives us the chance to be flexible in shipment time and to receive up to date best offers from our deliveries.

The price of the shipping depends on the weight of the package and destination. We guarantee no additional costs for our UK customers. 

What is the delivery time?

Once you completed your order at, we immediately start handling your order. It takes max.24 hours before sending your order. We pick the beers in our warehouse and send the products with the courier that's best for your parcel and destination. You will receive a tracking number from us so you can follow your parcel at any time. The time that the courier needs to pick up your parcel at our warehouse and to deliver at your destination depends on country of destination. Please calculate minimum 2 days for counties outside the Benelux.

What if the order is damaged, incomplete or lost?

We are shipping fragile products. Although we pack our products with ultimate care, there’s always a low risk of breakage.

When you receive a damaged good, please contact us as soon as possible by our contact form with a photo of the broken product(s) in the box.

We will refund you the broken bottles if we receive the above information max. within a week of receipt. In all other cases the damaged product will not be refunded or retransmitted.

What if I want to return the product?

The return has to be announced within 14 days by using our contact form. Next, the products need to be sent back to us in the original packaging with the original labels and cards within 14 days. The return costs are for your account. After you contacted us we will provide you with the correct shipping label from one of our shipping partners. This way you can send us the package registered and provided with the right tracking information. The articles have to be sent back new, unopened and undamaged. If you fulfill all the conditions, you will get back the entire purchase price.
